Casa Connecta is based in the Costa Brava region of Spain. We work with international buyers — primarily from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany — purchasing and renovating property in the Baix Empordà and Costa Brava area.
We coordinate between independent local professionals: mortgage advisors, lawyers, architects and contractors. They do their own work. We make sure it connects.
