Finance — mortgage coordination: We structure your mortgage file and coordinate with Spanish banks and ACI-certified advisors. Mortgage advice is provided by ACI-certified Spanish advisors under Ley 5/2019. Casa Connecta is not a mortgage advisor, credit intermediary, or lender.
Projects — renovation coordination: We coordinate renovation projects in Baix Empordà: contractors, permits, budgets, progress. Casa Connecta does not carry out construction work. We are a coordination party, not a contractor or architect.

We coordinate independent professionals (banks, advisors, contractors, architects, notaries). They operate independently and are contractually responsible for their own work. Casa Connecta does not accept liability for their actions, omissions, or outcomes.
The Client remains responsible for reviewing and approving all contracts, budgets, financing agreements, plans, and proposals before signing. Final decisions rest with the Client.
Indications are indicative only. Casa Connecta does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, timelines, permit approvals, or mortgage results.
Scope and fees confirmed in writing per engagement. Written agreement takes precedence over these general terms.
Agreed in writing per engagement. Casa Connecta reserves the right to suspend activity if payments are not received within stated terms.

Limited to coordination work agreed in writing. Not liable for: third-party outcomes, losses from inaccurate client information, indirect losses, or circumstances outside our control. Total liability not to exceed fees paid for the engagement. Nothing limits liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

Dutch law. Disputes: competent court in the Netherlands. EU consumers may use: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
